Czech hosted the third round of the Prague International Chess Festival 2024.
Nodirbek Abdusattarov forced David Navarra from the Czech Republic to surrender on the 44th move. He scored 2.5 points and moved closer to the leader in the standings, Parham Maghsoodloo from Iran. According to the results of the third round, Uzbekistan’s player scored 2,757 points in the international ranking.
In the fourth round, N. Abdusattarov will compete with Gukesh from India. They will also show their skills in this round: David Navarra – Parham Maghsoodloo, Richárd Rapport – Vincent Keymer, Thai Dai Van Nguyen – Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa, Vidit Santosh Gujrathi – Mateusz Bartel. The competition, consisting of nine rounds, continues until March 7.
